Take steps to reduce your caffeine intake. Replace coffee with decaf, reach for caffeine-free soda, and snack on healthy foods like fruit and nuts to keep yourself going throughout the day. You may feel worse at first, but once your body gets over the caffeine addiction, you'll sleep better and your fatigue symptoms should become less severe.
Use energizing essential oils.
It's amazing how certain scents can impact your mood. There are a number of essential oils with scents that can energize you almost immediately. These include peppermint, pine, eucalyptus, and basil essential oils. Purchase one or more of these oils, and keep them on hand to inhale whenever you're feeling overly fatigued. You can just put a drop on a cloth and inhale the scent slowly, or you can add the essential oil to a water vaporizer and enjoy the scent spreading throughout the room.
